Welcome to the statistics area of your email manager.  When an email campaign is deployed, all bounce-backs will go directly to the senders email.  These should be removed from your database.  The number of emails viewed is not 100% accurate.  The tracking only works for people receiving the email in HTML format.  There is no current way to document how many viewed the email in TEXT format.
